  1. Hey, I have a Turbosmart wastegate but it says its the Ultra Gate 35? Is this just a very old model wastegate? Also, I was curious as to where I can buy a 10psi spring (WG38/45 10 psi middle spring Green/Blue), new gaskets (WG38 Manifold Gasket, Stainless Steel 2-Pack ), and 1/8” NPT nipple screw; but I read further up that you dont sell those individually.

  2. Danny,
The Ultragate35 is a very old model. The current springs do not work in the old wastegate. We do sell the manifold gaskets (TS-0501-3002). The fittings you can get from a local fitting shop.

  3. Hi,

Looking to replace a Tial 38mm wastegate with the Ultragate 38. Are the flanges and flange positioning the same as the Tial unit? They look the same in pictures, but i’d just like to make sure.

  4. I need technical support, I purchased a brand new turbosmart ultragate 38 TS-0501-1140 14psi model but I’m about 2 weeks ago and im having problems, with a pipe from compressor housing to wastegate I should be hitting 14psi but it’s reaching 2.6bar, so I removed 1x 7psi spring which should theoreticly make my Base boost 7psi, and it’s hitting 1.8bar, this is with no boost controller connected and making me think the wastegate is faulty, please can u help as I need to get this build finished asap
