Your duties will include but are not limited to: Sales and customer support and admin: sales receptionist, customer service, data entry, customer database maintenance, warranty return and order entry. Accounts receivable: collect and record customer payments, maintain account customer records, conduct credit checks, process returns & credits, send out statements Accounts payable: verify and enter vendor bills, maintain vendor records, check supplier statements, organize bill payments and filing, act as payable contact You need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and have experience with accounting software. You will be trained on a one-on-one basis and will be given the tools needed to carry out the above-mentioned functions. Knowledge and experience with performance cars and motorsports will give you a strong advantage as you will be required to assist customers with technical queries.
